Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and destination of your order.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages Blue Ridge Studio is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. You may also reach us at blueridgestudio100@yahoo.com and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
